Following a joint investigation of the Ocean County Prosecutor’s High Tech Crime Unit, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations, and the Toms River Police Department, officials arrested Mark Camlin, 60, of Toms River on four charges.

Once officials secured a search warrant after months of vigilance on July 6, 2017, they were able to raid Camlin’s residence on Citta Street. On his computer, police found hundreds of files containing sexually explicit pictures of children. Along with this evidence, they found marijuana plants and smoking paraphernalia.
