MIKE URGILES New Milford, New Jersey Charged with Sexual Assault Photo-BCPO

On December 7, 2017, MIKE URGILES, a 19-year-old student, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Law enforcement were able to apprehend URGILES as a result of a collective effort made under the commands of Chief Robert Anzilotti (Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office) and Chief Frank Ramaci (New Mildford Police Department). He was ultimately charged with First-Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, Second-Degree Sexual Assault and Second-Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Law enforcement agents obtained information that pointed at MIKE URGILES having improper sexual contact in New Milford with a 17-year-old victim, which began when the victim was 15 years old.

URGILES is currently being held in the Bergen County Jail pending his arraignment and is scheduled to appear before the Honorable Judge James X. Sattely for a detention hearing on Monday, December 11, 2017.

All persons are assumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
