Ocean County Prostitution Arrest

On January 4th, 2017 a four-month prostitution investigation into the Redwoods Wellness Center, 515 Lakehurst Rd, Toms River, NJ and a private home on Edgebrook Drive North in Berkeley Township led to the arrest of two individuals.

Led by Toms River Police Department Detective Tom Grosse in conjunction with the Ocean County Special Operations group, the Department of Homeland Security, and the United States Enforcement Removal Operations Unit search warrants were executed on the morning of the 4th.

The Redwoods Wellness Center had been operating as a massage parlor but suspected of soliciting prostitution. The allegations were confirmed by way of investigation and evidence obtained thru the court-authorized search warrant.

O’Brien is urged to confidentially contact the Toms River Police Detective Thomas Grosse at (732) 349-0150 ext. 1263 or via email at tgrosse@trpolice.org
