Paramus Teacher’s Assistant, Walter A. Farrior Jr., of Teaneck, arrested on charges of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance-marijuanna.

Prosecutor Grewal announced the arrest of Walter A. Farrior Jr., (DOB: 07/14/1990;) of 292 Degraw Avenue, Apt. #2, Teaneck, New Jersey on charges related to the distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.

The investigation was conducted by Chief Robert Anzilotti and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, along with Chief Glenn O’Reilly of the Teaneck Police Department.

The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office received information from an informant that Walter A. Farrior Jr. was selling ior otherwise distributing a controlled dangerous substances in Teaneck, New Jersey. On Monday, May 8, 2017, police personnel arrested Walter A. Farrior Jr. for distributing Marijuana to an undercover detective.

Walter Farrior Jr. was arrested without incident, and was charged with one count of Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, namely Marijuana, in a quantity less than one ounce, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5B(12), a Fourth Degree Crime and one count of Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, namely Marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school zone, namely Bogota High School located at 7 Henry C. Luthin Place, Bogota, New Jersey, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7, a Third Degree Crime. Walter Farrior, Jr. was released on his own recognizance pending a first appearance in the Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court on Wednesday, May 24, 2017.

All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
