Vincent S. Noel of Hellertown, Pennsylvania, Charged for Various Weapons Offenses

On June 17th, 2025, the arrest of Vincent S. Noel, age 60, was announced by Acting Warren County Prosecutor Jessica L. Cardone. Vincent S. Noel was charged with first-degree Possession of a Handgun Without First Having Obtained a Permit, second-degree Being a Certain Persons Not to Possess Weapons or Ammunition, fourth-degree Being a Certain Persons Not to Possess Weapons or Ammunition, and fourth-degree Possession of Hollow Nose or Dum-Dum Bullets. The arrest and charges against Vincent S. Noel were a result of an investigation handled by The New Jersey State Police Perryville Barracks

According to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office, at approximately 4:45 a.m. on May 25th, 2025, a motor vehicle accident involving a single car supposedly running off the road into the nearby woods. New Jersey State Troopers from the Perryville Barracks responded to the scene and identified Vincent S. Noel as the driver before transporting him to St. Luke’s Anderson Campus for medical care to treat the injuries he sustained from the crash. Upon searching Vincent S. Noel’s vehicle law enforcement uncovered a handgun in the engine compartment behind one of the headlights. Vincent S. Noel was in sole possession and ownership of the vehicle and its registration at the time of the crash. 


The Warren County Prosecutor’s Office stated that the charges against Vincent S. Noel are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
