Antwann Meyers was charged with first-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, first-degree Attempted Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, second-degree Conspiracy, and second-degree Attempted Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. The arrest and charges against Macayo Parrott, Bruce Frazier, Antwann Meyers, and Robert Bowie were a result of an investigation handled by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s New York Task Force Division, the New York City Police Department, and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
According to the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office, beginning in June 2023 various law enforcement agencies notified the DEA-NYTFD, USPIS, and NCDA about U.S. Postal Service parcels being used to ship large amounts of narcotics and packing materials. Some of the packages were addressed to 153rd Lane in Jamaica, Queens, at a hotel where Antwann Meyers was working as a security guard. An investigation into these parcels determined that they were shipped with fraudulent shipper and receiver names that did not match the shipping and receiving addresses. After electronically tracking the packages they were linked to a mobile number used by Macayo Parrott. Several other packages were shipped by Macayo Parrott to Bruce Frazier’s alleged residence at an address on Frazier Street in Hempstead, and multiple other delivery locations in Ridgewood and Brooklyn that were connected to Antwann Meyers’ security guard work. For approximately 32 months over 40 packages allegedly shipped out by Macayo Parrott were tracked, four of them successfully being intercepted and confirmed to have contained narcotics.
On January 10th, 2024, Macayo Parrott purchased a shipping label in Phoenix, Arizona, with the 153rd Lane address which was used on a parcel that was seized and contained approximately 2226 grams of methamphetamine. On June 1st, 2024, Macayo Parrott purchased a shipping label with the Frazier Street address and the package with this shipping label was intercepted and found to have held 201.1 grams of fentanyl pills. These pills had a similar appearance to 2,000 other pills that were seized in Antwann Meyer’s home during his arrest on March 4th, 2026. On November 9th, 2024, Macayo Parrott purchased a shipping label in Los Angeles, California, for a package with an address in Florida that was discovered to contain 860.6 grams of fentanyl and cutting agents. Between May 21st and 22nd of 2025, allegedly sent a parcel containing approximately one kilogram of fentanyl through the U.S. mail. During June of 2025 Macayo Parrott purchased several shipping labels for packages, containing 1 kilogram of fentanyl each, addressed to locations in Hempstead and Brooklyn.
During the dates of investigation numerous intercepted phone calls and text messages uncovered that Macayo Parrott allegedly had been conversing with Bruce Frazier, Antwann Meyers, and Robert Bowie about shipping parcels containing narcotics through the U.S. mail and organizing both handoffs and purchases of fentanyl pills. Throughout 2023 to 2025 Macayo Parrott is alleged to have sent a total of over 100 packages containing narcotics to 12 states, 81 of which were sent to New York State and 21 of those being addressed to locations in Nassau County. In total more than 4,000 fentanyl pills, two compressed fentanyl bricks (1,850.3 grams), two kilograms of methamphetamine (2226 grams), and one kilogram of cocaine (969.3 grams) were seized by law enforcement. Investigators allege that the group used CashApp and credit union accounts to transfer funds between themselves, several payments between Bruce Frazier and Macayo Parrott totalling to almost $6,000.
The Nassau County District Attorney’s Office stated that the charges against Macayo Parrott, Bruce Frazier, Antwann Meyers, and Robert Bowie are merely accusations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
