It’s alleged that Kristian J. Vozza failed to hand over proper sales tax to the Division of Taxation nor file business taxes on behalf of Bagel Bistro during 2021 through 2024. It was determined that during this time period Kristian J. Vozza allegedly failed to remit $205,336 in sales tax to the New Jersey Division of Taxation

The New Jersey Attorney General’s Office stated that the charges against Kristian J. Vozza are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
