On August 18th, 2025, the arrest of Aidon Yang, age 56, was announced by Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella. Aidon Yang was charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. The arrest and charges against Aidon Yang were a result of an investigation launched by Chief Matthew Finck of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, and Chief Michael J. Walker of the River Edge Police Department.
According to the River Edge Police Department, on August 16th, 2025, an alleged sexual assault incident alerted local police and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office. The altercation took place at the River Edge Foot Spa in River Edge, New Jersey, and an investigation revealed that Aidon Yong had allegedly made criminal sexual contact with an adult female customer while performing a massage. Aidon Yong was located and arrested later that day before being relocated to the Bergen County Jail.
The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office stated that the charges against Aidon Yong are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
