Erickson Ledesma of West Hazleton, Pennsylvania, Charged for Endangering and Luring a Child

On February 5th, 2026, the arrest of Erickson Ledesma, age 43, was announced by Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella. Erickson Ledesma was charged with second-degree Luring, two counts of third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Contact, fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Contact, and two counts of fourth-degree Impersonation. The arrest and charges against Erickson Ledesma were a result of an investigation handled by Chief Jeff Angermeyer and Chief Ireneusz Kluska of the Wallington Police Department.

According to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, their Special Victims Unit was contacted by the Wallington Police Department on May 13th, 2025, about a potential case of sexual assault on a minor. An investigation that ensued revealed that on April 30th, 2025, Erickson Ledesma allegedly lured the underage victim into his vehicle to commit criminal sexual acts against the juvenile. Allegedly the defendant had also falsely identified himself as the victim’s father to a business in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, on April 30th, 2025, and in Guttenburg, New Jersey, on May 1st, 2025. On February 4th, 2026, Erickson Ledesma turned himself in to the local authorities before subsequently being arrested without incident in Paramus, New Jersey


The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office stated that the charges against Erickson Ledesma are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
