On July 10th, 2025, the arrest of Alfredo F. Ingasicha, age 38, was announced by Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella. Alfredo F. Ingasicha was charged with two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault by contact. The arrest and charges against Alfredo F. Ingasicha were a result of an investigation launched by Chief Matthew Finck of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and Chief Michael Antista of the Hackensack Police Department.
According to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, their Special Victims Unit was notified by the Hackensack Police Department about an alleged sexual assault on a minor. An investigation was launched and law enforcement alleges that Alfredo F. Ingasicha had sexually assaulted the juvenile victim while providing them with alcohol in Hackensack, New Jersey several times between the dates of December 1st, 2024 and February 3rd, 2025. Alfredo F. Ingasicha was located and arrested on July 8th, 2025 in Hackensack, New Jersey.
The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office stated that the charges against Alfredo F. Ingasicha are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
