One officer was dealt a fractured hip, fractured femur, a laceration to his chin, and required pelvic surgery. The other officer sustained multiple pelvis fractures, fractured arm, fractured arm, and a concussion. Allegedly Diyrojon Sobirjonov had a .08 BAC (blood alcohol content) at the time of the crash, the legal BAC limit in New York being .08.
