On June 29th, 2026, the arrests of Bianca Graham, age 30, and Sean Campbell, age 36, were announced by Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez. Bianca Graham and Sean Campbell were charged with 35 counts of second-degree Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, two counts of third-degree Grand Larceny, 10 counts of fourth-degree Grand Larceny, fifth-degree Conspiracy, and Petite Larceny. The arrest and charges against Bianca Graham and Sean Campbell were a result of an investigation handled by U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General, and the NYPD Financial Crimes Task Force.
According to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, from August 2024 to August 2025 Bianca Graham was employed at the Blythebourne Post Office in Borough Park, Brooklyn, when she allegedly had intercepted envelopes sent by tenants addressed to property management companies in order to pay rent. An investigation into the missing envelopes revealed that the defendants allegedly altered the money orders to successfully cash them in for themselves. These fraudulent money orders allegedly had removed the original payee’s names and replaced them with the defendants’ names. Bianca Graham then cashed out the orders at several different post offices in Brooklyn, New York, or deposited them into various bank accounts. The total amount stolen was approximately $25,191.48 taken from 13 different victims. The Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office alongside postal inspectors received a tip that led to the search of Bianca Graham’s cellphone.
The Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office stated that the charges against Bianca Graham and Sean Campbell are merely accusations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
