Palisades Park Student Baker Arrested for Sex with Underaged Girl, Charged With Sex Offenses

PALISADES PARK, N.J. (April 7, 2017) — The Bergen County Prosecutor has announced the arrest of 20-year old Erick Ajxollip Rodriguez of 210 7th St. for charges relating to sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 16.
Ajxollip Rodriguez was arrested following a joint investigation of prosecutor’s investigators and the Palisades Park Police Department. On Monday, April 3, Palisades Park police received a report that Ajxollip Rodriguez was conducting a sexual relationship with a girl under the age of 16, in Palisades Park. Interviews of the victim, Ajxollip Rodriguez and others resulted in his arrest and charges.
Ajxollip Rodriguez, who is a student and works as a baker, was arrested Thursday, April 6 in Paramus and charged with second degree sexual assault and third degree endangering the welfare of a child. He is being held in the Bergen County Jail without bail pending arraignment in Central Municipal Judicial Court.
All persons are presumed innocent until found guilty by a court of law.
