Jaheem Warren Charged with Distribution of Twenty Bricks of Suspected Heroin to an Undercover Narcotics Detective.

Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal announced the arrest of Jaheem Warren (DOB: 02/10/1991; single; and unemployed) of 60 Hopper Street, Paterson, New Jersey on charges related to the distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, specifically Heroin. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti and the Fair Lawn Police Department under the direction of Chief Glen Cauwels.

On Wednesday, May 10, 2017, Jaheem Warren distributed twenty bricks of suspected heroin to an undercover narcotics detective. During Jaheem Warren’s arrest, Mr. Warren was found to be in possession of just over $2,600.00, in addition to the Heroin.

Jaheem Warren was charged with Second Degree Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, specifically Heroin, in a quantity greater than one-half ounce but less than five ounces, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5B(2). Mr. Warren was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in the Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court on May 31, 2017 at 8:30 a.m.

This charge is merely an accusation and that all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty ina court of law.
