Jake E. Toczylowski of Mount Laurel, New Jersey, Charged for Sexually Assaulting a Minor

On August 12th, 2025, the arrest of Jake E. Toczylowski, age 25, was announced by Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw. Jake E. Toczylowski was charged with three counts of second-degree Sexual Assault, one count of third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and one count of fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Contact. The arrest and charges against Jake E. Toczylowski were a result of an investigation launched by Chief Timothy Hundall of the Mouth Laurel Police Department

According to the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office, the victim of a case of sexual assault had a family member report the incident to the Mount Laurel Police Department. Detectives allege that during the early summer, Jake E. Toczylowski had contacted the victim online in order to arrange an in person meeting. The two met in person where allegedly Jake E. Toczylowski had sexually assaulted the victim in his parked car on a town street. Additional details are currently being withheld to protect the identity of the victim.


The Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office stated that the charges against Jake E. Toczylowski are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
