On January 28th, 2025, the arrest of Rolando F. Pincay-Sailema, age 43, was announced by Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella. Rolando F. Pincay-Sailema was charged with first-degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, second-degree Sexual Assault, and Second-Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
According to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, an alleged case of sexual assault on a child under the age of thirteen was brought to attention by the Rutherford Police Department on January 23rd, 2025. A joint investigation was launched by the Rutherford Police Department and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit revealed that over the past three years, Rolando F. Pincay-Sailema sexually assaulted a minor under the age of thirteen several times in Rutherford, New Jersey.
The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office stated that the charges against Rolando F. Pincay-Sailema are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
