The arrest and charges against Job Giuliani were a result of an investigation handled by the Nassau County Police Department’s Fourth Precinct Squad

According to the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office, at approximately 5:30 p.m. on December 10th, 2025, the family of victims, consisting of a 52-year-old father, 49-year-old mother, and 11-year-old son, were driving westbound on Beach Street to a restaurant in Atlantic Beach, New York. At this time Job Giuliani had just left a holiday beach party when he began driving eastbound and made a right turn onto the wrong side of Beach Street, then crashing head-on into the victims’ vehicle in the left westbound lane. The mother and son both sustained injuries severe enough to require being airlifted to Cohen’s Children Hospital from the scene of the crash. Both the father and Job Giuliani were transported to Mount Sinai South Nassau University Hospital to be treated for their injuries from the collision. The 11-year-old child was placed in a medically induced coma for two weeks while he suffered from a lacerated liver, a lacerated spleen, loss of function in one kidney, a fractured leg, and a fractured rib. The 49-year-old mother suffered from a rib fracture and several spinal fractures that required her to be hospitalized for over a week. The 52-year-old father suffered from pain in his wrist and knee. Job Giuliani was also treated for unspecified injuries and a blood draw that revealed he had a blood alcohol content of .10% and traces of active Delta-9 THC approximately 40 minutes after the crash.

The Nassau County District Attorney’s Office stated that the charges against Job Giuliani are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
