On April 10th, 2025, the arrest of Jeffery S. Kishinevskiy, age 21, was announced by Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella. Jeffery S. Kishnevskiy was charged with first-degree distribution of LSD, second-degree distribution of LSD, second-degree distribution of LSD within 500 feet of a park, and third-degree distribution of suspected morphine pills. The arrest and charges against Jeffery S. Kishinevskiy were a result of an investigation launched by Chief Matthew Finck of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, and Chief Robert Guidetti of the Paramus Police Department.
According to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, starting in March 2025, their Narcotics Task Force cooperated with detectives from the Paramus Police Department, Tenafly Police Department, Cresskill Police Department, and the United States Postal Inspection Service to look into suspected drug activity. A month-long joint-investigation commenced, during which undercover narcotics detectives identified Jeffery S. Kishinevskiy as an opioid pill and LSD seller within Bergen County, New Jersey. On April 3rd, 2025, Jeffery S. Kishinevskiy was located and arrested in Tenafly, New Jersey, as well as a search warrant being drafted to search his vehicle and residence.
The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office stated that the charges against Jeffery S. Kishinevskiy are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
